Quality/Production

ALL Quality Control is operated with an AQL program to measure the incoming components for all raw materials used in the bag making, packaging and delivering process. This same program is used to check the in-process quality and outgoing finished products. The data that is collected from these QC’s is used to provide feedback to respective areas for continuous improvement.

Technology & Inks

Only direct-to-fabric print machinery is utilized using industry's best water-based pigment inks and a wide variety of dye sublimation.

Packaging control

All products are poly-bagged and shipped in approved mailer bags and or boxes.
